The webinar offers a unique opportunity to learn more about genetic biocontrol and its regulation. The first, titled \u201cStatus of Biosafety Frameworks in Africa: Guidance and Best Practices\u201d will be chaired by Dr Jeremy Ouedraogo, Head of Regional Office of NEPAD Agency <a href=\"http:\/\/nepad-abne.net\/\">ABNE<\/a>. Dr Ouedraogo has extensive experience in biosafety strategy development and implementation in Africa and will shed light on these during the session. The second panel will be chaired by Dr Roy B. Mugiira, acting Chief Executive Officer of the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.biosafetykenya.go.ke\/\">National Biosafety Authority<\/a> (NBA), Kenya, and will delve into the specifics of genome editing regulations in Kenya.
